Policy

Geneviève allows audio taping at almost every live performance. She feels that each show is unique and wants to offer the fans the opportunity to recreate the live experience through the audio reproduction of her shows. She sincerely appreciates all of her fans, so we ask that you please be considerate of those around you by not obstructing anyone else's view of the performance.

All recordings must be used for personal use or non-profit trading only. Selling or commercializing any recording is illegal. Unauthorized sale, duplication and/or distribution is strictly forbidden. All of Geneviève's performances and recordings are the exclusive property of Geneviève. All rights reserved. The privileges to record Geneviève's performances set forth in this policy constitute an express, revocable license. She reserves the right to withdraw her sanction of recording, tape trading, and/or non commercial digital audio file transfers on a case specific basis or in general, as she deems necessary. No waiver of any copyright or trademark right is intended.

Geneviève also gives her permission to upload live shows to the Live Music Archive.
